Product Decals and Custom Stickers

We have the ability to produce large quantities of decals for your products or promotional needs. While we do have a variety of options for decal production, we currently offer 2 common types of decals that work for most product labels or you promotional needs.

Low Cost – High Quantity Decals

Our most cost-effective decals are printed on a 6mil matte semi rigid inkjet vinyl with a clear permanent adhesive. The decals are printed on a 64” wide format printer using eco-solvent inks allowing us to print runs of hundreds of decals across the width and length of the media. Once a large run of decals is printed, we move the sheet to our 64” Graphtec vinyl cutter and cut all the decals on the sheet at one time. Once all decals are cut the sheet moves to our production table where our team separates all the decals into strips or individual decals. We do not laminate our low-cost decals however the eco-solvent inks embed slightly into the top layer of the vinyl ensuring the print is secured to the media. The vinyl has a 3-year durability and the inks can endure exposure to sunlight and water. This decal type requires less materials and production time making it ideal for mass decal production. Laminated – High Quality Decals

Big Splash uses quality 3M vinyl and 3M laminate for our stickers and decals. We currently use a 3M 3.2 mil Gloss vinyl with permanent adhesive which also has Comply adhesive channel system which helps with eliminating bubbles during installation. We currently use either 3M Matte or 3M Luster laminates. The outdoor durability rating listed by 3M is 5 years. This decal type is best for handing out a higher quality decal that is more rigid and that will last much longer than a typical decal. The quality of our decals allows them to be installed on most surface types. This decal type is excellent for contractors that want to brand their equipment for service calls or a local business owner who wants to hand out promotional decals that really stand out.
